Who I Am?

Darius is a Car Guy, Trainer, Motivator, Problem Slover, Innovative and Creative person that had the pleasure of meeting different Dealer Partners throughout the nation and working with them. Darius has been Mentoring and Training Automotive professionals such as GMs, GSMs, Sales managers, F&I Directors, F&I Managers, Used Car Managers, and Sales Associates professionally for over 22 years and is very keen on personal service. Darius is a loyal and committed fast learner with a passion for showcasing remarkable results in Automotive dealerships, especially in the F & I Space.

 

From the very beginning, I wanted to follow my passion which was doing something that had to do with Cars. Since I was always outgoing and a people person, I decided to start my journey as a Sales Associate! That's how I started working for Don Knott Ford in Carson, California. Later on opened up my Dealership, which was a great success with 36 associates who helped create a very profitable and lucrative business.

To Work with different Dealerships across Southern California was very rewarding. It opened my opportunity to learn more from my previous experiences and create an effective recipe to move the needle in the performance area in my most recent adventure with JM&A Group. And later on, this fortunate turn of destiny led me to maintain my professional reputation as an individual who delivers on my promise and creates excellent relationships up to date. 

I have successfully been a Process trainer, Motivator, and contributor to dealership profitability and success for a while, and it has given me incredible satisfaction for this Work.

 

My wife and I have four wonderful kids, Luis, Aldo, Melody, and little Liam. I love to watch sports and read. I live in Irvine, California, and both Work in my home Office and at various Dealerships in my District. I used to work for JM&A as a District manager, or now it's called Dealer, Performance Manager, and travel to my client HQ to work very closely with the people there. Now I am ready to utilize my vast experience in the car business, both on the retail side and on the F&I provider side, to expand my career with a company that I can call my permanent home.

 

I can be an asset in the areas such as:

 

  • Building a relationship with Dealer Partners on transparency and reliability.

  • Helping the Dealer Partner to drive performance and results.

  • Helping the Dealer Partner use technology as an asset rather than a line item. 

  • Helping Dealer Partners to enable their team's high potential through Process Training, Product Knowledge Training, Role Playing, Overcoming Objections from their clients and keeping a positive attitude at Work.

  • Traveling for Work is going to be acceptable for me; it is exciting and fun, and believe me, I have done it many times for long periods, so it is not my first experience getting excited about it; I like it.
